Returns & Refund Policy
At The Fabric, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of fabric products, we accept returns only under specific circumstances.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
You received the wrong item.
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
The fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please note: Cut fabrics, customized orders, clearance items, and sale products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
Your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We will gladly replace products that are:
Damaged during delivery
Defective
Incorrectly supplied
If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), The Fabric will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Cut fabrics
Customized or made-to-order products
Clearance and sale items
Fabric that has been washed, altered, or used
